Faulty Items

We take pride in our quality products. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately with your name, order number, and details of the issue. We will resolve it promptly. We do not reimburse postage for returns after 14 days.


If your order isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs if you no longer need or want the items.

To cancel within 14 days, return the items with a note explaining the reason. We recommend using recorded delivery for your peace of mind. Karine & Co. does not cover return postage costs. Note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
