Orders

If you need to amend or cancel your order after placing it, please get in touch with our customer services team as soon as possible.

As we try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, it may be too late to cancel your order. On this occasion, please contact our customer services team to arrange a return. Our UK returns service is free to use. International orders will be subject to local postage rates.

If you have not received an email informing you that an item is out of stock, then all items in the order should be with your order. In the unlikely event your order has been received and is missing an item, please contact us.

Delivery

We aim to have your order packed and dispatched as soon as possible however we ask that you allow 2-5 working days for delivery. If this is not the case, please contact us for further information on your oder.

Yes! We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £50.

Returns

To return an item, please send it back to us along with a note clearly stating the reason for the return. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your peace of mind. The cost of return postage will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

We offer a no-quibbles return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unworn, unused condition.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
